Breathe was founded in 2016 by Cassandra Hall, Registered nurse and lead Clinical Educator, Emergency Department. Cassandra has developed a passion for teaching lifesaving skills to the general public and believes anyone can make a difference, she saw a need for high-quality First Aid training in our community. Since then, we have trained hundreds of individuals and businesses in life-saving techniques.
We are as passionate about teaching as we are about First Aid and believe everyone should be given the opportunity to learn and to thrive.
As well as providing vital training for the workplace we also regularly teach in schools, pupil referral units and centres for adults with physical and or learning disabilities.
All of our instructors hold current professional registrations are fully DBS checked and have real hands on experience gained in the military and NHS.
At Breathe, we believe that hands-on training is the best way to learn First Aid. That's why our classes are led by experienced instructors who provide personalised instruction and feedback to each student.
We are a Pro trainings registered centre which means that our classes meet the highest standards and regulations of First Aid training. Our certifications are recognised by employers, schools, and healthcare organizations across the country.
